Privacy Policy

HospiceOps builds an operations platform for hospice agencies. This policy is about our public website, which answers at hospiceops.org and hospiceops.com. Both addresses serve the same site, and this one policy covers both.

This policy covers the marketing site and its workflow review form only. It does not describe the HospiceOps product application, which agencies use under their own agreements with us.

Workflow review requests. When you request a workflow review, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, phone number, your agency name and a short message if you choose to add them, and your consent choices. We store these details securely in our database and use them only to respond to your request.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It collects page views and basic interaction events, and it sets cookies to do so. We do not use session replay, and we do not use analytics data for ad targeting.

This site never collects patient information of any kind. There is no place on this site to enter it, and we ask you not to include it in the workflow review form. The form is for your team's business contact details only.

We keep workflow review details for as long as we need them to respond to your request, and no longer. If you want your details removed sooner, tell us through the workflow review form and we will delete them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. The only third parties that touch site data are the service providers that run the site for us:

• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• Supabase, which hosts the database where workflow review details are stored.
• Google Analytics, which provides the usage analytics described above.
• n8n, an automation tool we run on our own server, which passes a new workflow review request straight through to our team chat so we see it quickly.
• Slack, our team chat, where that workflow review notification arrives.

Each of these providers processes data only to provide its service to us, not for its own purposes.

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of this page.
